WHY WINE ON TAP?

The Smarter Way to Serve Wine by the Glass

Higher Quality

Reduce wine costs and eliminate waste. We save up to 30% by kegging wines over bottling, giving you the best quality possible at market prices.

Less Waste

Say goodbye to oxidized bottles and spoiled wine. Kegs stay fresh for 8+ weeks once tapped with the last glass as delicious as the first.

Faster Service

Pour perfect glasses in seconds. No cork pulling, no bottle opening. Just fast, consistent service during peak hours.

Eco-Friendly

Eliminate glass bottles and reduce your carbon footprint. Each keg replaces 26 bottles, dramatically cutting packaging waste.

Storage Space Compact keg system, minimal footprint, no need to refrigerate Double the storage footprint for case equivalent
Service Speed Pour in seconds Open, present, pour — slower process
Consistency Every glass identical — no bottle variation Cork taint, oxidation risk per bottle

FAQ

Everything Venues Ask About Wine on Tap

How long does wine stay fresh in a keg? +

Once tapped, wine in our keg systems stays fresh for 8-12 weeks minimum. This is significantly longer than bottled wine, which oxidizes within 24-48 hours of opening.

What's the installation process like? +

Most installations are completed in 2-4 hours with minimal disruption to your operations. We typically schedule installations during off-peak hours or closed days. Our team handles everything from tap installation to cooling system setup and staff training.

Can I customize my wine selection? +

Absolutely! We work with you to curate a selection that matches your venue's style, cuisine, and target market. You can change wines seasonally or based on customer preferences. Our sales team provides ongoing recommendations.

What about maintenance and cleaning? +

We provide regular maintenance visits to clean lines, check equipment, and ensure optimal performance. We also train your staff on daily maintenance procedures. All maintenance is included in your service agreement.

Is the quality really as good as bottled wine? +

Yes! In many cases, it's better. Because kegged wine is protected from oxygen exposure, it maintains its intended flavour profile perfectly. Many of our partner wineries prefer kegging for by-the-glass programs because it ensures guests experience the wine exactly as the winemaker intended.

What are the upfront costs? +

There's no cost. All we ask is that you sell a reasonable volume of wine and/or cocktails per month and we provide equipment at no upfront cost.
