Back in 2013, Ronan Farrell and Richie Byrne had a hunch: Irish hospitality deserved better wine. Not fancier wine. Better wine. Fresher, more consistent, less wasteful.

They'd seen wine on tap working brilliantly elsewhere and thought — why not here? Fresher pours, zero waste, happier margins. It was a no-brainer. So they rolled up their sleeves and made WineLab Ireland's first wine-on-tap specialist.

Our closed-loop keg system keeps wine exactly as the winemaker intended — no oxygen, no deterioration, fresh for 60+ days after tapping. Last glass, first glass — no difference.

Today we work with over 500 venues across Ireland and Northern Ireland — cosy neighbourhood spots, busy gastropubs, Michelin-starred kitchens. Our range has grown too: 60+ wines on tap, 20+ batched cocktails, hundreds of bottled wines, craft beer, filtered water, and a proper alcohol-free selection.
