1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WineLab website (www.winelab.ie) and any business relationship between you and WineLab ("we", "us", "our").
WineLab is a trading name of [WineLab Limited], registered in Ireland. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. OUR SERVICES
WineLab provides wholesale beverage solutions to licensed hospitality venues across Ireland and Northern Ireland, including:
- Wine on Tap (kegged wine systems)
- Premium Cocktails on Tap
- Bottled wine supply (The Bottle Project)
- Filtered water systems (PuRefill)
- Alcohol-free beverages (Hollow Leg)
- Craft beer (Whiplash partnership)
Our services are available exclusively to registered businesses in the hospitality sector with appropriate licensing.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To purchase from WineLab, you must:
- Be a registered business in Ireland or Northern Ireland
- Hold appropriate liquor licensing (where applicable)
- Be authorised to enter contracts on behalf of your business
- Provide accurate business and contact information
4. ORDERS & PRICING
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery is available across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are agreed on account setup. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 2% per month.
7. EQUIPMENT & INSTALLATION
Where WineLab provides equipment (tap systems, coolers, etc.), this remains the property of WineLab unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for reasonable care of equipment while installed at your premises.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of WineLab and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WineLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of goods or services purchased in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate an ongoing supply arrangement with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
