We have got the new vintage of HOBO CABERNET SAUVIGNON from America landing in a couple of weeks so we are happy to offer a banger of a deal to our mailing list customers for this impeccable Californian Cabernet.

Atypically for Californian Cabernet, it is quite low in alcohol at 13%, this is in keeping with wine maker Kenny Likitprakong's signature style. He operates the worlds first carbon neutral winery, and he crafts wines with finesse and freshness. Typically for Cabernet from America's West Coast though, it is full of up-front juicy goodness. 

It is perfect for Christmas for a couple of reasons. Firstly, despite being varietally very recognisable, it is actually made more like a Pinot Noir, in open top fermenters. 

It is midweight and feels very classy, and will please both those who like a heavier AND a lighter style. The supple fruit means it will go with a variety of foods. It is 2018, which was a great vintage in Cali and adds a nice age profile to proceedings (though this could age a few years in the cellar if desired).
